Overview
We accept returns within 7 days from the date you received your order. If {days} days have passed since your receipt, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging and unopened.
- Proof of purchase (order number, invoice) must be provided.
Non-returnable items
Certain types of goods are exempt from return. The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable products such as fresh produce (fruits, vegetables).
- Personal hygiene and cosmetic products if opened.
- Custom or personalized products.
- Gift cards.
Return Process

Refunds

Shipping costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
